We want you to enjoy your Bübish Luxe purchases as fast as possible! Orders placed before 1pm ACDT will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time, will be processed the following business day unless agreed upon with Bübish Luxe. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods.
All Bübish Luxe purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification via email. Please note signature is required on delivery.
We offer a Local Pickup service which allows you to order online and pickup your purchase from our Adelaide showroom.
The collection times are available Monday to Friday between 9:30am – 4:00pm.

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received. If you wish to split orders and ship available items first please email email@example.com.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Bübish Luxe.
Please note, Bübish Luxe is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees.
