Can I pick-up my order?

All orders in Adelaide can pick-up their order from our Mile End Showroom. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. 

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping on all domestic orders within Australia takes approx. 1-4 business days. You can select ‘express shipping’ for an additional $12.00 to ensure you receive your shipment between 1-2 business days. For this express service, please ensure orders are placed before 12pm on same day as ordering. Any orders placed after this time, will be processed the following business day unless agreed upon with Bubish.

We process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase (if they are in stock and not on pre-order) In peak times, please allow at least 1 day handling time before your order is dispatched. Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be dispatched until the next business day.

Can I pay for faster shipping?

For all orders within Australia, you can pay $22.00 for overnight urgent shipping. Please note your order must be placed before 12pm (midday) for it to be dispatched for the overnight service.

What shipping courier do you use?

We use either ‘Couriers’ Please’ or ‘Australia Post’ for all Australian domestic orders.  For all International orders, we use either ‘DHL’ ‘TNT’ or ‘Australia Post’.

What do I do if I have not received a tracking number?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, that simply means that your order hasn't been shipped yet. For individual tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. We take no responsibility for individual deliveries once the goods have been shipped.

Local Shipping:

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. We use Australia Post/Startrack and Couriers Please for majority of deliveries within Australia. Express delivery is $12 and standard delivery is $8. To ensure the safe arrival of your parcel, we upgrade your delivery to include a tracking number.

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Again, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. Please remain patient, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected. 

* We do not post or deliver orders over the weekend unless approved in advance

Taxes and Customs:
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).

We ship your package duties and taxes unpaid, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes, and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery. These fees are paid by the local carrier and are not collected by Bübish Luxe.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on you package(s). They also have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in some cases, may also delay delivery.

Please note, Bubish Luxe is unable to accept returns for unpaid customs taxes and fees.


Please note all purchases during our Black Friday Sale are only eligible to exchange for store credit.

This does not include Final Sale Items. Items marked as Final Sale items are non-returnable (cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit)
