Do you ship to my country?

Yes we do!* We ship worldwide.    *We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

We offer complementary, standard shipping on all Australian domestic orders. Express shipping is $12.00.

How much is shipping outside of Australia?

International shipping to all countries is $36.00.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Our complementary standard shipping on all domestic orders within Australia takes approx. 1-4 business days. Where possible, we will endeavour to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase. In peak times, please allow at least 1 day handling time before your order is dispatched. You can select ‘express shipping’ for an additional $12.00 to ensure you receive your shipment between 1-2 business days. For this express service, please ensure orders are placed before 2pm on same day as ordering. Any orders placed after this time, will be processed the following business day unless agreed upon with Bubish.

Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be dispatched until the next business day.

 Can I pay for faster shipping?

For all orders within Australia, you can pay $12.00 for express shipping with Australia Post.

 What shipping courier do you use?

 We use either ‘Couriers’ Please’ or ‘Australia Post’ for all Australian domestic orders.  For all International orders, we use either ‘DHL’ ‘TNT’ or ‘Australia Post’.

 What do I do if I have not received a tracking number?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, that simply means that your order hasn't been shipped yet. For individual tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. We take no responsibility for individual deliveries once the goods have been shipped.

 Am I responsible for possible customs fees?

Yes, you will be responsible for all the possible taxes and / or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ‘Bubish Luxe’ has no control over these charges, nor can ‘Bubish Luxe’ predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
