Return & Refund Policy

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email support@bubishluxe.com

Beyond this 10 day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

There are no refunds on sale items. This includes flash sales. Items can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Pre-order items can be exchanged but refunds do not apply.

*Please note if you are purchasing with Afterpay, you will not be eligible for a refund. A credit note or exchange will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. These costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service with insurance to cover lost items. We take no responsibility for lost or unreceived items. Refunds will not apply in this instance.

All Bubish earrings are exempt from being returned unless damaged upon arrival.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will forward you a notification email confirming that we have received the item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the garment, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment excluding shipping costs.

 Late or missing refunds:

A receipt of refund will be forwarded to you. Please be patient if funds do not clear immediately. If funds do not clear within 5-7 business days, we suggest that you contact your bank or credit card company.
